Agencies only see applicant information tied to their own postings.

1. Information we collect

We collect account details such as name, email, role, credentials, location, phone number, profile details, resumes, profile photos, job postings, application messages, billing status, and platform usage information needed to provide the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, match therapists and agencies, display job postings, process applications, manage subscriptions and billing, improve product reliability, prevent misuse, and communicate important service updates.

3. How information is shared

Therapist profile and application information may be shared with agencies when a therapist applies to a posting. Agency information may be shown to therapists in job listings. We may share data with service providers that help us operate authentication, payments, hosting, storage, analytics, and support.

4. Payments and authentication

Payments are processed by Stripe and authentication is supported by Clerk. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms. My ABA Case does not store full payment card numbers.

5. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service is completely risk-free, so users should keep login credentials secure and report suspicious activity promptly.

6. Your choices

You can update profile information in your account, replace or remove uploaded profile photos, and contact us to request help with account or data questions. Some records may be retained when needed for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons.

7. Children’s information

My ABA Case is intended for professional staffing and marketplace use. Users should not upload unnecessary sensitive information about children or clients in job posts, resumes, or application messages.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
